Black-Hat practices include

  • In Black Hat SEO, people generally do keyword stuffing, i.e. constant use of one keyword on one page, for instance, if our topic is freelancing and the writer uses the word freelancing everywhere in the paragraph as well as on the whole blog or passage, that is keyword stuffing. Unnecessary use of one keyword everywhere.
  • Use of duplicate content from someone’s website directly or using it by paraphrasing, are both considered ill practice.
  • Next is cloaking, what people do in this, shows two different content, which means the web page has some other content but they show the crawler something else.
  • Some people on their website use hidden texts or links which means if the color of the website is white they use white-colored text which is not visible to anyone to indirectly redirect people to their main website. But these texts are visible to the crawler.

Grey Hat SEO

Additionally, there is one more technique used in SEO called the Grey-Hat Technique.
