Refund Policy

However, we understand that there may be rare instances where you are not fully satisfied with our services.

Please be advised that Business Karo maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services provided. This decision is based on our unwavering belief in the value of our services and our dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Additionally, we aim to safeguard our business from fraudulent refund requests.

We make every effort to deliver our services as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from Business Karo. However, if, due to any unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide you with the service or product you purchased, we will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

In the event of a service or product purchase from Business Karo, we will only consider a refund request if there is a clear and verifiable deficiency with the service or product provided. We reserve the right to decline refund requests based on the following situations:

Change of Mind: If a customer has paid for a service and then requests a refund solely due to a change of mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Business Karo.

Work Completion: Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work has been shared with you in the event of a change of mind. However, we may offer you the option of using the amount paid for by you for an alternative service in Business Karo amounting to the same value. The said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service.

Timeframe: Refund requests must be raised within 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service or product has been completed and the completion has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed. Any refund request received after this timeframe shall be deemed invalid and will not be considered.

If the request for a refund has been approved by Business Karo, we will process it and notify you via email. The refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to complete and will be credited to your bank account accordingly. We will handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you in a timely manner.
